We have two chiropractic facilities serving Spartanburg and the surrounding SC communities: Peters Center, LLC in Spartanburg, SC and River Falls Chiropractic, LLC in Duncan, SC. Serving each facility is Dr. George Peters, a highly trained chiropractor with extensive experience caring for the people of South Carolina.
About Chiropractic Training:
A doctor of chiropractic is a specialist skilled in the techniques of spinal, muscle, and nerve rehabilitation. Requiring a Bachelor's degree, and four years of chiropractic college with a clinical intern/externship, the Doctor of Chiropractic degree is a rigorous, serious course of extended study.
Dr. George Peters, Chiropractor:
Dr. George Peters holds his doctorate degree in chiropractic from Sherman College of Straight Chiropractic, Spartanburg, SC. With an undergraduate Bachelor's of Science degree in chemistry, Dr. Peters has an extensive scientific background that includes work as an analytical chemist.
An experienced and dedicated chiropractor, Dr. Peters continues to receive training in important new techniques critical for the best back care. One technique, flexion/distraction, has had excellent success in patients with low back disorders such as bulging discs or "slipped discs."
Using chiropractic treatments and holistic healing, Dr. Peters has had excellent success treating a wide range of problems. Deeply immersed in the latest developments in chiropractic care, as well as in physiotherapy and nutrition, Dr. Peters works with every patient to find the best care plan for his or her individual needs.
